Mini Art Show & Silent Auction

Share your artistic talents in miniature form by participating in The Friends of the Merrimac Library Mini-Art Exhibit & Silent Auction! Proceeds for this event will support the Library Art Exhibits for 2023.

Mini Art Kits & Entry Forms

Mini art kits and entry forms will be available for pick-up during library hours starting Monday, April 10 through Saturday, April 22. Kit supplies are limited, and pre-registration is not required, so it’s first come, first served. One kit per person/group please. All ages are welcome to participate.
Each Kit will include: 4" x 6" canvas and optional paint kit (2 brushes and six paint pots with paint.) Participants have the option of using your own art supplies in lieu of the paint kit in the kit. All art mediums are accepted.
Decorate a 4" x 6" canvas and return the completed art work with your entry form, to the library by May 5 to be displayed during the silent auction.

Silent Auction

The Silent Auction display and bidding begins Monday, May 8 and ends Saturday, May 20 at 12:00 PM.
Artists, family, friends and the public are invited to join the Silent Auction final event on Saturday, May 20 at 11:30 AM. Enjoy some refreshments and make your final bids before bidding closes at 12:00 PM. Winners will be announced at the close of bidding. The Friends of the Merrimac Public Library will be accepting cash or checks for bid payments.
